ug so would buy this helmet if just to fix the vertical bands! lol always loved this style

I like it, too.  What about that one is not period?

those vertical hanging pieces are way to wide and too far forward. the nasal is actually a lil long compared to the original but it works cause it looks like the others of the time frame

B. Patricius:
Do you think they modified those lames for functionality sake for historical combat?  Or, what I'm thinking, they just got lazy and messed up?  Nice helmet though.  I am a fan of some of those viking helms
