Well...I see 11 monkey wrenches and two c-clamps holding two sections of wood together that look to be about 6' in length.  It isn't a shield, too narrow to be a scabbard...I have no real idea.

I think I know :P ( I want to see it finished, a friend of mine on a different forum just made one)

It must be a clamp holder. ;)
