Wow, that's a tent!

Lord Dane:

--- Quote from: Sir William on 2013-02-28, 17:28:23 ---You guys...are like the worst best friends a guy could have!  And I mean that with all of the positive sincerity in my heart; would that I could drop that kind of money!

Actually, it would be getting to use it that would be the problem...my wife does not do camping.  Which is somewhat of a shame since I used to love it.  *sigh*

In any event, if I bought that tent now, I wouldn't be able to get any armor (or anything else for that matter) for the rest of the year!!!  That would not be good.  :)

--- End quote ---

Get a tent half the size then for just you. A good compromise. :)

Thorsteinn:
And it can hold your horse too!

Then I saw this:

You keep using that word...

"Viking / Norman Market Tent"

Sir Edward:

--- Quote from: James Anderson III on 2013-02-28, 15:17:17 ---It's 6 x 12 meters; in american terms - 18 feet by 36 feet and about 10 1/2 feet tall! That's the size of a small house!

--- End quote ---

Wow that thing's huge.

Sir Gerard de Rodes:
That`s truly a big tent, It would take all day to dress the inside of it lol  ;D

Sir Gerard de Rodes:
Here are a few photographs of an event we attended in Marle Merovingian Village a few years ago.
I have never seen a tent like the one our good friend Juan Louis was staying in for the weekend, it`s the second photo from the top  ;)

I will try and find photo`s of the inside and post them here. The guys and girls on the continent don`t do things by halves  ::)
