Congratulations! Very beautiful scabbard! How does the blade fit into it?

Sir Edward:

It actually fits very well. At first I was nervous because it was quite snug when I first slipped it in, but it continued to slide without stopping hard, until fully seated. I re-sheathed it a few times, and it smoothed out even more, so it's perfect. I can turn it upside-down, and have to give it a firm shake to get it to fall out.

Sir Brian:
Yeah mine is still a little too snug but I don't work it enough...

Wow I just realized that simple statement has SO many implications!  :o
