Breathe, breathe, it'll be OK. :)
Man, you're pulling out all the stops. My encampment really has nothing to show off, furniture wise. I'll have chairs and a weapon rack (maybe I can get the second one standing in time).
I think pooling our resources is a good plan.

Definitely pooling our resources! Oh, should I bring the William Marshal gonfalon too?
I managed to get a truck shell. I finished the last of the staining this evening. I got the two "camp mattresses" sewn. I finished the last table runner. I *think* all the sewing, cutting, staining, etc, is done. I got the helmet to fit on my gorget by removing the padding from the neckline, also got the visor on my helmet modified with only slight cursing and throwing of tools for my fubar-idity. I just need to double-check the arms and maybe trim the vambraces, get the centering pin installed on my new greaves, and do a test run. Oh, and my haubergeon arrives on Wednesday .... preeettttyyy sure I won't have time to tailor it, so hope it fits at least half decent out of the box! I don't want to do the leather harness suspension for Living History, and I haven't had time to fix my voiders or sew lots of points to the arming coat... winter project? :D

Well with the Mayan apocalypse destroying the world on Dec 21 2012, I haven't planned anything. ;)

Sure, why not! I also have the sign from Sir Brian that we used in the VARF demos.

Right! And seeing as my 40th birthday is set to occur after the apocalypse I am guessing it is safe to say I'll never be 40! lol

So you'll die middle-aged like the rest of us, Sir William. Just live life as you usually do. If it happens, none here can stop anything cataclysmic or apocolyptic so.... no sense trying to avoid what's unknown, unpredictable, or uncontrollable. Beyond any of us. Just be safe about things until then. No hurry to get to 40 anyways, LOL :)
