Sir Patrick:
Just finished making the kids' Halloween costumes and thought I'd post a few pics.  I pulled the patterns off of Armour Archieve and used Steralite trash cans for the plates.  The helmets are "for sale signs" with fiberglass and bondo.  I pressed the shields and sewed the surcoats, too; although the heraldry is glued on (I'm only so crazy.)  Maybe I should have posted this on the "Child Board" ;)

Oh man, that's awesome. I'd have loved to have that as a costume when I was a kid!

Huzzah and well done Red Knight! They both look most noble and fearsome!  :)

Very cool, and they even get their own heraldry. :)

Sir William:
I'm jealous!!!  I wish I'd had such a cool costume as a kid, and I wish I had two sons I could outfit like that!!!  Congratulations man...well done, on both counts.
