Sir Edward:

I've always liked the winged crests depicted in some of the historical artwork. It has me wanting to make a new crest for my helm. I probably won't have time this season though. It might be a better off-season project for me.

Sir Brian:
But they must be DRAGON wings Sir Edward!  :)

Sir Edward:

Oh yes, indeed so. I'm envisioning upright dragon wings (like that photo) on my great helm.

Sir Brian:
It’s been a while since I read the stories but in the second book I believe, it described how the wings of his dragon helm could be pulled down and tied together to enclose his face! (I always visualized that to resemble a Corinthian Helmet.)  :)
