Opening weekend MDRF

I just checked the national weather picture for the weekend. All you guys on the East coast - please play safe this weekend!
(The weather is absolutely perfect in MN thanks, in part, to you guys keeping all the crap over there.)

Is the faire still happening this weekend, or is it in the evacuation zone? Stay safe good sirs, stay safe!
Sir Edward:
No evacuation here, so the faire will go on. We're going to get wind and rain, but not evacuation levels.
If you guys want to rethink the armor thing, that's cool. I'm still planning on armoring light, since it's all aluminum. It actually takes less abuse than my other garb, which is more suede/leather based.

My dad also has taken sick, so it seems the fates have frowned upon this weekend, my brethren.
Any others we can plan? :D
