I wonder what the shipping to the US would run?

It shouldn't be too much since it is printed matter and ships in bulk more than likely...guess it depends on how widely read it is.  Right in my timeline of interest too...nice.  A bit steep though in price.  Still...I may go for it; if I do, I'll be sure to get it passed around the Order.
