Found this site & has some good stuff. Time to do some shopping.

IIRC he posts to the AA regularly. Ian or William would remember more.
-
He's also a member of this forum.

Yeah he has been around a while. A lot of ACL fighters have used him. His gambesons are only 150 which is amazing!

I've noticed his wares on the AA; had entertained the idea of getting one of his gambesons. I like Forge of Svan but as Ian had pointed out to me, they're nowhere near historical in construction (but they're very easy on the pockets and good for the field, just not LH) - the gambesons they've got pictured on JK's site look much more in line with what I'm wanting.
I know others who have gotten the armor bits and none have complained so far as I know.

A lot of Jolly's helmets look pretty historical in nature too. Some are better than others. He does add features for modern combat sports like visor straps and things like that, but I'm sure he could leave those off if you're interested in other things.

I've bought armor from him before, I consider him a reputable businessman.

I got him added on Facebook and was impressed by his work. I may just commission him to make a spring steel Dargen Great Helm for WMA combat so I dont dent up my royal oak one. I also like the mace heads he offers.

He did my wisby's in spring steel, and an awesome job at that!

I have Wisby envy. I made a poor man's version out of mild with a pseudo-finger clamshell for SCA combat, but those look spectacular! :)
Alexander Omelyanchuk and his Jolly Knight Armoury are based in the Ukraine. I hope that they are able to stay safe during this current period of unrest.

I had no idea that's the same guy. Good to know!
