Still cheaper than new. That's almost 25% off the current price from Albion. And it's an edition that's limited to 100 units.

That is a definite concern...usually suggests that the seller has had some troubles in the past and has had to change his ebaY name?  I dunno...to have been a member so long w/zero feedback is suspicious to say the least.
