Dang it, that is nice. Hmmm... I need to think on that. The last thing I need to do is collect a room-full of helms I never wear, but I was thinking of getting one of those transitional sugarloafs. It has a little more of the bascinet shape. Cool.

I'd even be tempted to paint it too. We don't see enough painted helms.

56cm is rather small though...need to measure my head.  I would take it if it were a bit larger.

i hate... you all hehehehe. i love that "shape" its just right. its too small for me i'm sure. i have a 24 inch head.

besides, i can't buy anything, i am buying a M1 Carbine in 2 weeks and still have a British 303 to buy in the wings. ehheeh

I shouldn't either...and now I find out he doesn't do PayPal.  How well do you know this guy, can I trust him?  He wants me to wire him the money, then he sends it out...think he's from the Ukraine.  Anyway, let me know.

I like those even better...like the falling buff visor that way.  I just pm'd him to let him know I'd be in touch about one of those ones you just linked, Wolf.  Might be a couple more weeks but I'm going for it.
