I think that is the same one I saw on AA...an entire kit of plate from Allan - first I've seen/heard of it!

Wow, nice. I'm sure its worth it too. But I'm already hemorrhaging money on armor and encampment supplies this month. The thing is, I probably would have gotten something like this eventually.

Then again, my plate harness isn't too bad, I mostly just need a new/better cuirass.

Yeah the guy is a tad smaller than me!  ;)

Great price and excellent harness from MT! :)

It is certainly tempting because chances are there'll not be another unless someone else decides to get rid of theirs.  Is it the 5'8" 180lb guy selling it?  If so, I'm glad...because he's 4 inches shorter than me so I'm pretty certain it won't fit.  I'll keep telling myself that.

He's a little smaller than me as well, but not by a huge amount. Since the armor can sometimes run a little large, I think his stuff is probably in the right ballpark. It's still too much money for me right now though, after buying all sorts of toys recently...

Let's see... hauberk, some belts and pouches, shoes, lanterns, oil lamp, Teutonic surcoat and cloak, c.1250 great helm (still under construction), queuing up for both a CF scabbard and a 13th century aketon, 3 wooden chests, some replica coins, The Wallace Collection book + USB drive, arming cap with mantle, 2 merc tailor shields, huge bag of loose links and rivets, A&A Poleaxe, Dane scabbard, and still have an Albion on order.

... uhm... yeah.

I'd say you've filled your penance for selling off swords. ;)

Probably just as well, some guy was just waiting on shipping info for the harness anyway.

Your illustrious wife okayed all of that?  Methinks my own wonderful woman must needs speak with the Lady Kat...!

Looks like just the lobster tail sallet and bevor are left now - and he dropped the price from $400 to $300! That's a steal for a visored sallet w/bevor.

So I was away for a while and had to dig up this (http://modernchivalry.org/forum/index.php/topic,1684.0.html) thread.  I mean this in the most brotherly manner ... I hate you.   ;)

Lol, and now you know why he was voted in as the Knight Commander of our order! He's better armed than most third world medieval kingdoms.  ;D
