So the Franklin Institute is renowned for its incredible exhibits. It's new one is here! Ghengis Khan exhibit! This exhibit looks incredible, the armor, architecture, and art. I usually go to these being only a half hour away.

That guy is AWESOME! I know next to nothing about Khan but damn, I think this guy comes close to the idea of what the Khan is in my head. Except a lot cleaner.

The image linked above that I quoted is from the Netflix series, Marco Polo. Its a great show- couldn't speak to historicity as I know almost nothing about that period in time in Asia, but the costumes and sets are sumptuous and its a very sexy show, overall, and I don't just mean carnally. Its beautiful, the acting and pacing are top notch, and the overall quality is exactly what you'd expect out of a big budget mainstream show. Of course, there is some Hollywood flair there but it is still worth watching- plus, its basically free so there's that to consider.
