a good pictorial so far. polar bear forge sells kits for the plates. all you gotta do it shape them and nail them to the material. i really need to get off my butt and make one...

That's pretty cool. One of the things I'd like to get or make eventually is one of the longer ones that works with 13th century stuff.

Sir Edward, I have a pattern for that one. I made the shell but thats about as far as I got.

Im going to be making a coat of plates based off the St. Maurice statue. I think Im the first person attempting this. more info  soon.
