Maybe not quite, but it's close!

Looks like that one. $40 if anybody local wants it, or $40 + shipping for everybody else :)
If you have a neck roughly 8" long, and a head slightly smaller than a watermelon, this is the helmet for you! If not, well, put it on the shelf and maybe somebody will ask about it, and you can tell them it's a replica of what medieval armor was never made like....

It would make a good pell target.

It sure would. Let me know if you want it. :)

That helm looks like the maker had no idea what the falling buff was for. Wonder what its covering. That is supremely ugly, I must agree with you, Sir James.

It's a close helm, rather than the falling buff style helmet. the visor lifts up like an armet would, but the lower half of the helmet (the buff part) lifts up on the same pivot as the visor. It's "functional" in that it opens, but isn't sized for a normal human head or anything. Even if it did fit - yeah - truly ugly for our eyes. :)
Should have known when there was only one picture, and it was small, but I was desperate for a good "knightly" helm for the rest of my harness for Days of Knights.

Ahhh...that's part of the fun of it anyway, right? Except when this happens...
