Day 1 of 192.
We're training to take on the Lake Tahoe Spartan Sprint (http://www.spartan.com/events/?event_id=595/lake-tahoe-spartan-sprint) on October 4th. Look at that vertical gain of 2,850ft from a 6,200ft base. We're probably running up one of the ski slopes at Squaw Valley, CA.

Who wants to join us & get some glory?! We're in as Team Karp. We need 2 more folks to be a ranked team. And no you don't have to stay with us slow pokes if you want to run past.
