Title: "History Channel’s Vikings is just as brutal as GoT"

What do y'all think of the fighting shown here? Personally I like the flow, the fight tells a good story and I think the series has good potential for a good, fun show.

I think it will be a good show. :) Promos caught my eye & I love Game of Thrones.

Cool fight scene. A solid 500 years too early for me to watch though. :)

I'd say it's a good visceral choreographed fight. The swordsman in me still wants to say they're using too many large, over-committed swings. :)  But the flow is good, and feels very brutal.

Finally, something that will entertain me instead of bore me to death!  lol  So is this like a remake of that old Tony Curtis/Kirk Douglas/Ernest Borgnine flick, The Vikings?

A friend of mine texted me about it, she was watching it and from what I gathered, it is a show I'd definitely like.  So here's me hoping to play catchup via OnDemand.

Watched it!  We can nit-pick it to death about historical inaccuracies and all that garbage, but as a piece of entertainment I thoroughly enjoyed it and will continue to watch it.

Reminds me that I forgot to watch last Sunday's episode! Glad it is on Demand! :)
