So my friends and I do medieval tavern night like once a month. Yea its pretty legit, its about as close to a medieval tavern, as we could get it. Its actually a pretty big hit, we have anywheres between 10-30 people come in through the night for some good food and drink. I have a celtic cd and its not bad, but theres only a few songs that really fit the tavern. Anybody have any suggestions on where I can buy some good tavern music, to drink and dance too.

I made a spotify playlist of medieval music:

Feel free to build your own based on that.
Corvus Corax, Erutan, and Hortus Musicus are some notable artists as well

Where is your tavern, Ser Tim?

Right now its in Guantanamo Bay Cuba. The area where we live at, we managed to turn my buddies room into a legit tavern. I'm talking a fireplace, wooden table, candles, lanterns, tankards, ale, wine, cheese wheels, huge loafs of bread. If its found in a tavern we probably have it lol

If you're not worried about 'real' historical music, then I would suggest the soundtracks to good PC RPGs. The Baldur's Gate series, Icewind Dale, Skyrim, Dragon Age, The Witcher, the new Pillars of Eternity. They all have their take on medieval or fantasy tavern music. Just pluck out the songs you like, and that might set the atmosphere you're looking for. :)

Agreed those are all good sources for your needs.
Dang, I was kind of hoping we could come to visit :(
