Title: It's a bit smokey in the West
Post by: Thorsteinn on 2013-08-24, 20:50:47
So it's been in the Red Zone for smoke the past few days in Reno & Sparks due to the fires south of us (2% contained and 105,000 acres so far as of Friday). Yesterday it was so bad the rising sun was no more than a deep red LED in the sky.

Reno is N-NE of Lake Tahoe, the lake in the smoke at the bend in the state line.

So fighting, exercising, or breathing has been... hard.
