So what we can learn from this, is that during the LAST zombie apocalypse, medieval gear was the primary weaponry and defense of the day? And there's no zombies left for over 500 years, so it must have worked...

That's just what I was going to say... The bubonic plague was a myth, to cover up the actual zombie apocalypse that occurred. :)

I could see that being the case...it isn't like everyone was literate back then.  They might've attributed it to some form of ghost or spectre...zombies figure pretty strongly in the Song of Ice and Fire series by George RR Martin.  They call'm the Others, but they rise from the dead...just like zombies do!

The quickest sure-fire way to kill them is with fire, or dragonglass (obsidian).  I don't got obsidian being all that great tactically but you go with what works, right?  That, or set your sword afire when you begin hacking away.

Your reasoning is flawless! Quick, we must convince more and more people to get suits of armor and swords if we are to survive another zombie apocalypse! You never know the day - BUY NOW hahah

Apparently it actually got started in LA with a homeless woman trying to eat a baby’s arm.

The government has successfully squelched the news of the Zombie apocalypse breakout for this past year but now it is spreading!  :o

And the guy who disemboweled himself, then threw his intestines at police.

And the guy in MD who confessed to killing a guy, then eating his heart and brain.

And that's just in the last week....

The CDC actually issued a statement today saying there's no evidence of a zombie apocalypse!  Trying to keep everyone calm I see....

As one who works for the Fed I can tell you- if they issued a press release denying it, it happened somewhere and they're just trying to quell the rumors (even when true)!  I'm sort of kidding.  ;)

In any case, I'm not fully prepared (need to find a way to acquire 100,000 shotgun rounds w/out arousing undue suspicion) but I can handle it if it pops off today or tomorrow.  The local Target won't view me with kind eyes but what the hell...I'll be saving some of them as well!

Remove the head, the body will follow, don't forget!
