There's a movie called Tactical Force (with "Stone Cold" Steve Austin) where 4 SWAT team agents are trapped inside a building, unarmed, with terrorists covering all their exits. Some dialog ensues, and someone says "they have us surrounded" and Austin says "well that's bad news for them". :)
