Tobias Capwell’s publisher is now taking preorders for his new book “Armour of the English Knight 1400-50”.  The preorder cost is only 40 British Pounds (about $60) plus postage!

My day just got a whole lot brighter!  :) :) :)

man i was all over the pre order of the last armour book. got mine signed etc. just to see copies less than a month later at half the price.......

Well, it does specifically say that after the pre-order the price will go up 5 GBP, so I don't think Toby's out to gouge anyone.  It just sounds like the pre-order numbers will help determine the number of books that ultimately get printed in the first batch.

ya, but as soon as it hits open market or mass paper. price will be half. i just cant swing 80 bucks on a book anymore.
