Scabbard for my Albion Reeve
Sir Ulrich:
I commissioned this scabbard from Ron Johnson at DoK for my Albion Reeve, works quite well for it, I chose red and black to match my heraldry as well as have a rather sharp intimidating look. It's lined with wool to oil the blade each time it comes in and out. The buckles and chape are solid bronze with what appears to be a horse on the belt end but unsure of what animal it is on the buckle itself. It has a ☧ symbol engraved in the leather on the front as well. This cost around 350 for the whole set plus shipping and 10 for the chape which he discounted me on due to him not being able to find the one he originally was going to put on it. I will pretty much go back to him for another scabbard once I get my custom sword I plan to eventually commission from Yeshua's Sword because the pommel shapes I tend to like most are almost never produced.
Sir Brian:
Awesome! That red and black really pops! Good choice!
Sir James A:
Excellent! And heraldic chausses too!
Ian:
