Yeah, I looked at the MRL ones not too long ago on their website.

I've never handled any of these. They look great from a LARP standpoint. I wonder how they handle for WMA studies. For the latter, so far it's hard to beat some of the RSW padded swords, as far as I'm aware.

I remember how popular the boffer weapons were at the DAGGER events. These are certainly more pretty.

I think your kids could use some swords, dude :)

But why would you need boffers if you're using plate? :) I think you'd tear them up pretty quickly, no matter how well they're made.

They look like they'd be great for kids. And fun for adults, too. I tend to strongly dislike the vast majority of padded swords for actual martial arts usage (the Lance Chan RSWs being an exception), but these at least look good for LARP usage.
