Ian:
Nice job!

Thorsteinn:
Nice! I used that PDF & the Brighthelm one to make mine some 4 years ago.

Sir Edward:

Nice! I haven't had the courage to attempt arming garments yet. I can manage surcoats, but sewing something more "functional" is a little beyond me now. So, I'm impressed!

Sir William:
Nicely done, Sir Patrick...I need to visit Sir James' tutorial as I need to sew my arming points on.

Sir Patrick:
The arms nearly outfoxed me. I ended up making them a bit longer than necessary at the armpit end. Slid them up my arms and then put on the rest of the jacket (a vest at that point). I then crossed my arms and had the wife pin the back seam, uncrossed and pinned up the front. Sewed the arms on and then cut out the excess inside the pits. If you do it this way, don't sew the arms up all the way to the pits to start with, otherwise you can't slip them over your shoulders for the test fit. And be brave, Sir Edward, I run the wife's sewing machine like I run my bandsaw:  stay on the line ;)
