cure your barrels year round or they will always leak. they will always leak anyways around the stopper.

the metal bands are not very period to medieval if i remember right. but these should work great though ;)

I kept a litre of Jameson's in it...but when I realized the wife was pinching from it I just said the hell with it.  LOL
