I suppose this is primarilly directoed to Bill. Are there any plans for NHSC 2013? Especially as regards the month it will be in?

As of now, no.  Last time I was there, the insructors were giving a couple of ideas on what theme they could do for 2013. 

One of those ideas was a Fiore themed event  (;D).  In all honesty Sir Ancelyn, I think you would have tio email Das Bill.
