Sergeant Nicholas Dickhut – Rest In Peace

(1/2) > >>

Sir Rodney:
Sergeant Nicholas Dickhut with the 5-20 Infantry Regiment attached to the 82nd Airborne was killed in action Sunday while serving with the U.S. Army in Kandahar province, Afghanistan.

Nick was known as Jacques Louis de Froi in the Society for Creative Anachronism.  He belonged to the Rochester Minnesota group known as the Shire of Silfren Mere.

A very good article can be found in The Rochester Post-Bulletin.

God speed, Nick.

Sir Edward:

Wow, I'm sorry to hear this. Sounds like an upstanding guy. He will be missed, I'm sure.

Joshua Santana:
Rest in Peace Sergeant!  You will be missed but you have earned your place among Warriors.

Sir Wolf:
ugg so sorry

Sir James A:
That was a very nicely written article. A great tribute to a great man. God speed, and rest now.
